ouch! wtf was that?!

I'm a very self-conscious person - I'm always worried about what other people think of me. I know it's wrong and I shouldn't worry so much, but I do. It's not that I'm not myself (believe me, I'm myself), it's just I think and worry way too much.

I'm much too lazy to do my hair and makeup every morning, but that doesn't mean I don't care about the way I look. I always try to look presentable no matter where I go - this just means I don't leave the house looking like a complete mess. So obviously since I don't do my makeup every day, I never really see my face close up.

Anyway... getting to the point - the BF and I were just lounging around the house one day last week when he started sweetly rubbing my cheek. Well, it turns out that he somehow found a hair! No, this is NOT a normal occurrence and I do NOT have facial hair - I'm 22 damn it! He realized that this wasn't just any hair though... it was a monster hair!

At least it was blonde! Anyway... I told him to try pulling it out, so he did and I let out a nasty scream because seriously, this thing was about 2 inches long (wtf?)! Don't ask me how it got there or that long because I have absolutely no idea. I quickly ran to the bathroom, grabbed my handy-dandy tweezers, and plucked that baby out like a mofo! Be gone monster hair - and please never come back!

  5. Haha, I am very self-conscious too. Oh and about that hair - don't worry about that, I've found one in the middle of my forehear, it was bleachblonde - and all of my other hair is darkbrown, lol. :D

  7. Ha! I've totally gotten hairs like that before. And I have pale skin and very dark hair, so you can imagine how those long black hairs stood out.

  11. This post made my day! I thought I was all alone! I get those too! So don't feel too horrified haha. Sadly, they keep coming back in the exact same place. I think it's some sort of mutant hair follicle? Just check that it's not too long every month or so - no worries! But yeah - I pretty much loved this. Thank you!
